Person Done Wrong by Justice. Charity. Money Needed.

We are a typical working class family. Done wrong by the Justice system. And living by old fashioned values, has put our home, family and business at total risk.

My husband started his own heating & air business 13 years ago. Last year times were slow, we joined in with another partner. Well of course that didnt' work. And now they are bringing up these false charges. And because of one document signed, have basically taken over our company, although it's an LLC, and it is still registered in our name, they are depositing our checks under our name, and now my husband is facing jail time for credit card fraud. For charges that his office authorized him to use. And since we always turned our paperwork into the office, and all we had was a verbal aggreement, we don't have a leg to stand on the police officer said. We have two children. My husband takes everybody's word for what it is, no questions asked. Well this third party had intentions of stealing my husbands' company all along. And now that leaves us with absolutely no income, and huge legal fees. That we have no idea on how to pay. It's so complicated, The police officer said we have until Friday AM to turn up 20,000 dollars for something he didn't do or go to jail. I am seeking anyone who can help!!!
